Are you on Phase 1? or Phase 2? Ready for Phase 3 or 4?
This workshop is for all Ideal Protein dieters, regardless of what Phase you're on. Phase 1 dieters should attend this workshop if they have been on the program for at least 3 / 4 weeks so they can look ahead to what's coming, but all are welcome!
Phase 3 is a concept unique to the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method and arguably the most important part of the Ideal Protocol. This phase always lasts for 2 weeks (14 days). This is the time to "re-start" the pancreas' production of insulin and actually "train" the organ to produce the correct amount of this hormone in response to the carbs that are consumed. Phase 3 provides a transition from a weight loss protocol to a weight maintenance protocol.
Once the first 3 Phases have been completed and weight loss has been achieved...it's time to enjoy the freedom that you have while maintaining your new shape! Phase 4 is a very simple maintenance plan -- you need only to understand a few simple principles which will be covered in this workshop.
